Your Property, Our Treasure

Hallo fellow Braaiers on Heritage Day 2024.

Have you ever driven past a property and noticed all the "FOR SALE" boards? Some new, some skewed, some easy to read, some cluttered with too much information? We have all seen that. Some become part of the landscape, they've been there for months!

I am Machiel Venter, an Estate Agent in Klerksdorp in the North West Province for some years now. I am 63 and looking forward to this new adventure with people like me. My favorite quotation is from the late Zig Ziglar: " Help enough people get what they want and you will get what you want" I am the curious kind, who wants to know why, when, where, and who. My curiosity led me to the idea of Property Spotter. The question that started this whole journey was and still is: "How do I get everybody involved in sharing what they know, sharing ideas, and in return get rewarded for what they know and who they know. Three years later after lots and lots of changes, alterations, adaptations, implementation and yes you guessed it, more changes we now have this fully functional platform called  -  PROPERTY SPOTTER! 

Did you know that in  Klerksdorp where I reside in September 2024 more than 2000 properties are "FOR SALE"  These properties will get new owners sooner or later, and all 2000 plus sales will earn someone a commission... In some cases a pretty handsome commission, which is well earned by the Estate Agent who finds the right buyer for the right property.
